Annular Eclipse of the Sun 2012.
Thoughts on the Eclipse: I took the shot of the sun through a welding mask. The shadows through the trees were cra cra. I got a headache from looking through those darn eclipse glasses. Gus wanted nothing to do with the eclipse. The shadow it cast was really eery. It was fun having something to get together for.
yeah....I did the whole stare at the sun thing, thinking that once I took the glasses off I would still be able to see something thing. I'm going to say it took 7 years off my life and added 2 inches to my future glasses thickness. ps. Gus looks so old! it's freakin me out boy.
ReplyDeleteWe spaced it. Adam and I even commented that our backyard lighting looked cool. That didn't clue us in that we were supposed to go out front and look at the eclipse. We remembered about 10:00 that night. :)
