MARCH 2020

MARCH. The month Coronavirus scared the world. It was such an interesting month. At first I wasn't scared at all, then we started to be a little scared especially watching the news and seeing healthy worse case scenarios die. Then there were the grocery store and Costco's basically sold out of everything especially toilet paper. They called it the TP pandemic. Then we basically got shut down. Right before our flight to Hawaii. So I packed for Hawaii we couldn't decide whether to go or not because of Bruce's health and the Rona Virus. Then we prayed for a sign and right before we would start to get ready to head to Vegas Walter has a high fever. So we called Linda and called it off. It felt right and I'm glad we listened to the spirit. Kelly came over and he was kinda rude and mad about us not going not necessarily us, but Bruce and Linda. He was like they could still go, and I'm thinking they don't want to go without us for sure. I'm glad its all over and everything worked out. The kids didn't go back to school after Spring Break. I was their teacher at home. It went pretty well considering everything. Kyle was the principal. Bruce had Kyle work from home so he could stay healthy and be a back up for him if he got sick. Kason got his eagle, the boys had crazy hair day at school. Gus read The Little Prince for school and loved it.

Walter got super muddy one day so he had a bath in the sink. I made Kinlee's senior sendoff video for YW's for Amy. Jack has a funky rash on the back of his leg. My friend who is a dermatologist thinks its mollescum or something like that. We got magnetic rollers for our yard job at SPC they boys love it. They find treasures every time we work. The day before Rona shut down Zion National Park we went and hiked the narrows trail head with Sydney and Alex. too bad we didn't wait a day because the shuttles would have been shut down and we could have driven our cars in.

We went to the Ranch with Gma Linie to look for sheds and arrowheads. We got skunked on both, but it was a beautiful day. I gave my ministering people a bag of citrus fruit for Ronacation. We played outside a lot this month it was beautiful.

Walter is a lounger especially when he is drinking  his bottle. We hiked to the top of Sullivan's Knoll here in Hurricane. It was really steep but beautiful because you could see both lakes on top. My kids are obsessed with Matt's Off Road Recovery on Youtube. Matt Wetzel from Hurricane videos his company Winder Towing pulling people out of off road situations. They are obsessed. His name is verb. They play "matt wetzel" and pull each other around on their bikes and ez rollers. So there is a pic of them in one of his snow machines. We took him cookies and they spent $25 of their hard earned money on a hat. SLC had an earthquake and the trumpet of the Angel Moroni fell off. I for sure thought it was the end of the world. I filled up all of our water barrels that day. We took Aunt Valene some pecans. She has a cute little house, with lots of egg carvings and rocks shaped like eggs.

Me and Linds were dedicated not to put on the "Rona15" so we went running one morning in the pouring rain. It was crazy. I took a hot hot bath after.

Kyle sagging like the neighbor. We water colored during Rona and while it rained. The dog meme is our family Rona joke now. Oliver has it memorized.

Lots of funny memes from Rona. We took the kids on a drive to Leeds creek after sacrament one sunday. Walter sneaking into the donuts outside. Walter loving Lilee.
