I have been attending cooking classes at the new Bosch Cooking Center in STG. Let me just say these little devils are amazing!
Red Velvet Cupcakes
2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sift all dry ingredients together and add last to batter
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups sugar
cream together till fluffy about five minutes, scrape side often
4 eggs room temp (mix in one at a time)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk room temp
1 oz bottle red food coloring
2 teaspoons mexican vanilla
Bake at 330-350 for 20 or so minutes
