DECEMBER 2015

Grandpa Ballard's pool table got donated to Corry and Ashlee. We went up one night to get it and all of the doors were locked with no hidden key. Corry found an open window and basically fell in.

Date night plus Jack Jack attack at Sakura's for sushi

Kyle finally got his toenail he dropped steel on permanently removed. Nasty. You're welcome for not making the picture extra large

We came upstairs at Amy's one day to find cowboy standing guard by Jack

A picture of the boys one night while elk hunting.

We got a rock tumbler for Christmas it took six weeks to tumble the blasted rocks, and it was the noisiest thing for 6 weeks in my kitchen. I have perfected the art and we are addicted to it.

Serious powers grandpa (Grandpa Wright) and grandma came to visit after Christmas. The boys loved their star wars, iron man, and caterpillar toys.

Christmas Eve at Lirpa's

Burning the Christmas boxes. Funny thing they also burned holes in the tramp with the embers

Talking to Addison on his mission

Kyle got Bruce's deer antlers mounted for him for Christmas. They turned out really good. Kyle said his Dad has bragged about these suckers for years. Kyle thought he was telling tales, but come to find out they are really big.

These are all from Elk hunting. We did a lot of that during December, and we didn't get an elk.

The best Christmas present of the year. Boxing gloves. Kyle found some for him at the DI so all 3 of them go at it almost nightly

Marylu sent us this picture on Grandma Scholzen's birthday. Miss this sweet lady

We were lucky enough to see the Wilson's before they left to Europe for Christmas. We had lots of fun decorating gingerbread houses and going to the Ballard's Christmas party and Uncle Ken and Aunt Jodi's house.

La Verkin does a light parade for Winterfest. We got to be a part of Ashlee's float, and she won 1st place!

New Years Eve we went to Amy's for a few hours and played.

I met up with Leesha and Onjali for lunch these two were some of my best friends in high school and still to this day.

Jack Jack attack enjoying the Jimmy while Elk hunting

Oliver taking his rubber band gun serious on Christmas day

We "attempted "to sleep under  the Christmas tree. I think we finally convinced them to sleep under their tree in their room which eventually led them to just sleeping in their beds.

Naomi and Jim went on vacation and found this antique store called Gus. She had to get him a hat. Awesome sauce

Oliver and his favorite food. BACON. he constantly is saying "me have bacon mom"

Grandma gave Meg and Gus a foot bath. I think Meg's feet were stinky:)

showing off his muscles requires major fascial energy as well

I think I already posted this picture. One day I heard Oliver saying Jack's awake mom. I walk in and find this. I'm sure he is awake Oliver

We got a new rug and couch. We saved up for these splurges and could never find anything we liked. I found this rug on rugs USA for 80% off, and the couch came from Downeast home. Our living room finally doesn't look white trash.

Gus' aspirations of being a Jedi. I hope it comes true. No engineers, doctors, or lawyers in the Ballard Manor just Jedi's

FHE gingerbread making with 12 days delivering afterwards.

One of Gus' best friend lived next door. They had to move but he wrote this sweet note in school one day. brought tears to my eyes

Archie the elf came back this year. Sly little devil he was this year

2015 Christmas card

Gus helping blow the leaves off the side walks and into piles. We love our trees but they sure make a big mess in November and December

Oliver's Santa loot

Christmas morning. I had to take a picture to show proof that we had a white christmas

We went sledding for Christmas Eve. It was snowing just a tad and perfect weather. We had a lot of fun.

For FHE one Monday we had all of the Ballard cousins over to decorate gingerbread houses. I think I am still finding sprinkles all over my floors. They turned out pretty darn cute.
